At Amlonave.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a multi-vendor marketplace, each vendor manages their own return and refund policies. However, we provide general guidelines to ensure a fair and secure shopping experience for all users.

2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You notify the vendor or Amlonave within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging (for physical goods)

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, some items such as skincare, health-related, or personal care products may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact the vendor directly via their store page or order chat
  2. Or email us at support@amlonave.com with your Order ID and issue details
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from the vendor or our support team

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, the vendor will approve or reject the refund
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • For manual payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, bank transfer), refunds will be processed manually after verification

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Used personal care items (e.g., face wash, masks)
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Custom orders, subscriptions, or services

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or digital wallet
  • Contact your payment provider (JazzCash, SadaPay, bank, etc.)
  • If the issue continues, contact us at support@amlonave.com

7. Disputes & Escalation
If the vendor does not respond or resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may escalate the dispute to the Amlonave support team. We will review your case and mediate between both parties.

8. Policy Updates
We may update or change this Refund & Return Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
